## Emplacement
The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of the arrondissements before even considering the immense Bois de Vincennes which is attached and is twice its surface area. Excluding the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the faubourgs.
La Coulée Verte, or walkway are located near the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal.

## Transports
The apartment offers excellent transportation links thanks to the Nation hub, located less than a 10-minute walk away, which serves Metro lines 1, 2, 6, and 9, as well as the RER A. The Picpus station (Line 6) is also just a few minutes’ walk away. These lines allow you to reach the center of Paris, Gare de Lyon (in 5 minutes), or Disneyland Paris via the RER A. For travelers arriving by plane, Orly Airport is about a 25-minute drive away, and Charles de Gaulle Airport is accessible in about 45 minutes via the RER B and transfers at Châtelet or Nation.
