Located in a lovely area of the 11th arrondissement, a stone's throw from Bastille, this architect-designed flat is perfect for a stay in Paris. Sleeping up to 5 people, it offers an elegant and functional setting, with a beautiful private terrace overlooking a quiet street.

The apartment, located on the 2nd floor with lift, has a spacious air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. Two bathrooms and separate WCs ensure maximum comfort for all travellers.Surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and shops, it allows you to take full advantage of the Parisian atmosphere while remaining well connected to the main tourist sites. With metro and bus services nearby, getting to Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Marais is quick and easy.

For your peace of mind, a hotel-standard preparation and cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure.

Would not stay again.

You never want to be negative about someone's property, but I do believe it is important to be honest so others will have an accurate experience. -we were charged more than the rate that was quoted on VRBO at time of booking. -the apartment advertises it has a washer and dryer. It does not have them. When you are travelling for 10 days and you are booked at the apartment for one week that influences how much clothes to pack. If you don't have a washer/dryer and people are going to be there for a week, you should have more than one towel per person. -the apartment advertises it has air-conditioning. It does, however it is only in one bedroom and barely in the living room. The other two bedrooms do not have air-conditioning or fans. When the weather is 32c/90f+ the apartment is miserably warm and sleeping conditions are terrible. We requested fans be brought in, on whatsap we were told they would inquire but no response or fans ever appeared. -it advertises for 6 persons. There is 1 queen size bed, one pull out couch, and 1 tiny bed. There is no chance this can accommodate 6 persons. -all of these things are objective facts, no opinion necessary. -a basic binder of information would be helpful, there is a binder of pictures of the apartment noting where their art is on the walls and they would like you to water their pants, but no basic information like check out information, trash information, nearest grocery store, coffee shop, suggested restaurants.

Un grand week-end magique pour démarrer nos vacances et faire découvrir Paris à nos 2 aînés et à mon filleul pour ses 10 ans au rythme d'expositions, de balade dans Paris, de visite de lieux cachés ou touristiques.

A very central location, everything was as advertised we had a wonderful stay in our accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay close to the Metro in a beautiful apartment.
