  • ¡Apartamento espacioso y bien amueblado de 4 dormitorios perfecto para familias de cualquier tamaño! El espacio incluye todo lo que necesitará para una estancia confortable. La sala de estar incluye una mesa de comedor, 3 sofás, un televisor LED de 55 pulgadas con televisión por cable y Netflix. También tendrá mucha luz natural entrando por muchas ventanas.

    Las habitaciones incluyen una con una cama king-size y un colchón extra, otra con una cama doble, una tercera con dos camas dobles y, por último, una habitación con dos camas queen y un baño privado. Todos son de buen tamaño, espaciosos y tienen mucho espacio en el armario.

    La cocina recientemente renovada cuenta con una gran nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, una mesa pequeña, una encimera de buen tamaño y un almacenamiento totalmente equipado con herramientas, utensilios, utensilios de cocina, utensilios de cocina y cristalería. Hay una habitación pequeña y cerrada junto a la cocina con una mini nevera, una lavadora y una secadora.

    Además del baño en suite, el apartamento contiene otros dos baños, uno que es muy grande, con dos lavabos, un inodoro y una ducha, así como otro congelador grande. El otro es más pequeño y consiste en un inodoro y un pequeño lavabo. Ambos están bien equipados con toallas y champú.

Fabuleux

Tres bien situé, propre, de grandes pieces, calme, bref rien a redire. Tout est fait pour que nous soyons a l'aise. Une boulangerie juste en bas, café et restaurant a proximité. Nous nous sommes régalés.

Great property

We had a great stay here. We were a party of seven adults. There was plenty of room. The location was great. The host was great extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Most highly recommended!

Close to everything and safe area.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was accurately described. We found it to be close to everything that we eeded to see and a short UBER trip everywhere else. Market and Cafes within an easy walk. Apartment was very clean however the stairs woukd be quite a bit for seniors or people with mobility issues. Host was very responsive.

Nice apartment in great location

This apartment was clean with all the necessities of staying in Paris. Plenty of room and an especially nice sized living room with large tv to sit an entire family comfortably to read, watch tv, play games or whatever in the evening. The location is excellent with a cafe, bakery and pharmacy next door. Close to a grocery store and Metro. Within easy walking to the Arc d’Triomphe. Would stay here again with the family.

Fantastic apartment

My family and I booked this for our stay in Paris. The apartment was fantastic. Short walk to arc of triumph, metro, shopping. Bakery a few steps from front door for breakfast/coffee. Host was very responsive and super helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Paris!

Paris Lifestyle on Vacation

The flat was a comfortable place to "call home" for two weeks in May-June 2022. It is a non-touristy neighborhood and was very convenient for catching metro and RER lines with a 30 minute metro ride or 60-90 minute walk to most places we wanted to visit. We were comfortable letting the "kids" (ages 14-20) go back to the flat from tourist attractions while we headed off for a late dinner or drink. The building is truly classic and in a prime spot for dining. The windows do a good job of keeping street noise down. The living room and bedroom furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for some things but lacking in others. (There were no sharp knives, no corkscrew and only two wine glasses for example, so we had to pick up a few things.) Overall it was clean but there are more than a dozen silk plants with a heavy layer of dust and some other clutter to look past. We would happily return.

Very nice apartment in a great location!

This is a very nice and large apartment right near the Arc d’Triomphe. There’s a great little store right down the street with great fruit and food; and a place for coffee and danish just downstairs. There are a lot of bedrooms and beds, however, only two bathrooms which could be an issue if you have a lot of people. There were 4 adults in our party, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, as with most apartments in Paris, there is no A/C. So, if you go in the summer, it will be very warm. There are plenty of fans and you can open the windows, but it will be very noisy. The check in process was easy, and the host was readily available to answer any questions even though she wasn’t on property. There is a small lift, but if you don’t like small spaces, you’ll have a bit of a hike up the stairs. We didn’t mind that though. The apartment has very nice furnishings, and is very comfortable. Very easy to walk to sites and very easy to get a taxi. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the kitchen is equipped that you could cook if you wanted to. We’d stay here again - just not in the summer! But, if you are a family that needs a lot of room in a centrally located place, this would be a great apartment for you. Thanks so much for making our stay in Paris great!

Great Location an Apartment

Perfect Perez apartment for big people. Subway is right around the corner and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Fantastic property

I lived in Paris for many years, and was familiar with the area. The apartment is fantastic for anyone looking to take their family or a larger group. Location is close to restaurants, stores, patisserie (my favorite, Eric Kayser), and outdoor cafes. The apartment was large and clean. The host was completely clear in directions upon arriving and departing, checked in proactively and answered questions immediately. All-in-all, a great experience from a group that expected a lot!
