IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE ARRIVAL

The applicable tourist tax is payable for your stay.

Parties are strictly prohibited, and guests must respect the property and its neighbours. Excessive noise is not permitted. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the reservation being terminated and the security deposit being applied in accordance with the stated conditions.

A credit card deposit of €750–€1,000 is required on arrival. The deposit is held for the duration of the stay and may be charged by the owner in the event of a party, damage or general non-compliance with the property rules. The stated conditions provide for the deposit to be assessed after departure.

Please arrange any requested cot, high chair or other optional service in advance. Bed linen, towels, heating and internet access are included.
