Too Many Negatives

We have stayed in many properties. We booked this one for 5 days and it, by far, had the most "negatives" we have encountered. Most of them in the area of the kitchen and housekeeping amenities. 1.) There were no towels, sponges, cleaners, paper towels, rags, mops, brooms to help us clean the table, floor, and dishes (we used hot water.) A woman living in the same apartment complex loaned us her broom. 2.) The "refrigerator" is less than 1 cubic foot (I'm thinking about 1/2 cubic foot). We could fit some juice, cream cheese, and milk in it (we had to lay them down.) We ate cereal and toast every morning. Couldn't possibly "cook." 3.) The bed (in a small bedroom) is only about 1 1/2 feet off the floor. Getting up and out of bed is not easy. Additionally, the space between the end of the bed and the wall was about 1 foot.Only positive we can think of is that it is in a good area for restaurants and getting around Paris.

Located in the chic 7th this flat answered all of our needs. The staff was attentive and responsive and the location near the Rue du Bac Metro station put Paris at your feet.

2nd Stay and Just as Wonderful

Love everything about this apartment. The location is PERFECT in Paris' 6th. Close to EVERYTHING. Our 2nd time using it, and we'll go back again!

The owner painted the day of our arrival! The paint smell was so incredibly strong the entirety of our stay! They brought room spray but did not help! Our niece has asthma and we all developed headaches and I had a migraine. We were advised we could leave our luggage at 1030 am and check in at 1:15 pm in writing the day prior to our arrival. When we tried to do this, the owner himself was painting and called us a liar and sent us away The heat was on energy save and could not be changed. I have pictures of only having heat 2-4 hours of ever 24 hours of our stay. Do not be fooled by this adorable apartment!!! It RUINED our entire trip and paid full pricr. The owner brought champagne to us which we never drank. What good is this when you cannot stay in apartment that is freezing and smells? Do NOT BOOK!!!!

Wonderful place

We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights - the apartment looks exactly like on the pictures - it is small but very clean and charming. I think it was everything we needed - we were three people and my teen daughter slept on the sofa. Both - the bedroom and the sofa matrasses were conformable, the linen and the towels were good quality, the building was quiet and the location was perfect. I would recommend and would book again.

Small but met all our needs

Location is excellent. Close to Metro and many eateries. Bed was comfortable and pull-out couch was good as well. IT was nice to have an a/c unit in the bedroom. The only thing that fell a little short was there was not sufficient supply of toilet paper. Also, the rug in front of the couch was a little dirty.

Great Location

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, with shops and many transportation options available. It was quiet and accessible. However, the spaces were not exactly as depicted in the photos on the site. The rooms are small and dark, and the shades on the front windows are stained and broken. The kitchen has no counter space, nowhere to put washed dishes, and has no dish brush (I bought one). There is not a coat rack or hooks for hanging clothes, and there are only five hangers in the tiny closet. This apartment might be acceptable for a one or two night stay, but for our week-long trip, it was not satisfactory.

Tiny!

The apartment was very small but clean and well kept! My only complaint was the refrigerator was dorm sized! Could hardly fit water bottles in it! Beds were comfortable. No AC meant for a hot stay but it was very warm in Paris during our stay!
