A few things could be improved

We stayed here with a large, multi-age group. Overall, our stay was positive. Communication with the host was good. check-in process was easy. I appreciated that we were able to check in early as our flight arrived early from the US. However, there were a few things that could be improved. First, there was only 1 key. You need a key fob to enter the courtyard and the building and key to enter the apartment. These instructions were not clear. I only knew to use the key fob to open the gate because I used one in Paris before. It wasn't intuitive. With a large group that wanted to split up and do their own things, only having one key wascomplicated. I reached out to get another key, but we never did get it. If you stay here, make sure to ask for a 2nd key ahead of time. The listing is also not quite accurate. It shows one bedroom with two twin beds, but it really only had one. The second bed was a rolled-up mattress we found in the closet, and the first single had a mattress that was too big and didn't fit. Other problems include several broken items. One shower had a broken wand so you had to take a hand shower. We couldn't hang up the wand for a proper shower. The other shower was difficult to change temperature and the water didn't come out well - it only trickled. The showers were a disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, but a few things could be improved to make this a very nice stay.

Erstmal wurden wir 6stunden lang versetzt ! Keiner ging ans Telefon . Wir standen mit 4 Kleinkindern auf der Straße bis Abends um 21 uhr .Erst als ich die Hotline anrief ging jemand ans Telefon . Die Fotos sehen vom Inserat super aus , als wir drinnen waren war wirklich jedes Zimmer staubig , schmutzig und die Füße meiner Kinder waren schwarz vom Schmutz . Die Bettwäsche roch immer noch nachdem Vorgängern die dort gemietet hatten. Das war super eklig . Der Backofen kam mir fast entgegen von vergammelten Essensresten die nicht sauber gemacht wurden . Alles in der Küche hat geklebt und war von einer fett Schicht überzogen.wir mussten schließlich bleiben weil es schon spät war und die Kinder müde bin der fahrt . Am Abreise Tag wartete unten eine neue Familie die diese Wohnung für eine Nacht gemietet hatte , sie fragten uns ob dies die Wohnung vom Inserat war und wir checkten die Bilder und die Telefonnummer der Vermieter . Alles stimmte überein. Auch Bei der Familie ging niemand als Telefon und sie wurden immer wieder vertröstet. Bis mein Mann beschloss den Vermieter anzurufen . Weil auch die Kinder dabei hatten. Erst verneinte er einen neuen mieter , dann stornierte er die Buchung und die standen auf der Straße . Im einem fremden Land ohne Sprache mit Kindern ! Ich kann diesen privaten Vermieter daher absolut nicht empfehlen, es war für uns ein Horrortrip . Leider musste ich Sterne vergeben, verdient haben sie keine ! Bis auf die Lage der Wohnung ,die ist wirklich super zentral

Very nice large apartment in Neuilly-sur-Seine

I knew from the start that we would have to make a trade-off between location and apartment size for our family stay in Paris (grandmother, parents, 3 kids). I was so glad we chose this property. It was just as listed with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, and 2 full baths. The property manager was extremely helpful and everything was clean and comfortable. It was about a 15-minute walk to either of 2 metro lines and the neighborhood was fun, with several good shops and cafes just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again if traveling with 4 or more people.

Big Apartment in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Finding a big place for several people to stay in Paris, you learn quickly that there aren't many to choose from. Many places with 3-4 bedrooms have just one bathroom which can be very limiting. This apartment has four bedrooms, three toilets, a shower, and a bathtub/shower. This worked out splendidly for my wife and I, daughter, brother-in-law, and his two children. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean enough for our purposes but there were a few "errors and omissions" from the cleaning service that we took care of in a few minutes. The important stuff was fine - linens were clean, towels provided, consumables like toilet paper and paper towels in good supply. There was one toilet with a broken seat and there were no usable chef's knives in the kitchen; I let the host know and he indicated those would be taken care of. It wasn't a big concern for us. The main heater in the apartment wasn't working but each room had individual heaters which worked fine. It was cold in Paris when we visited, varying between 3 to 10 degrees C, but the apartment never felt all that cold and we used the heaters sparingly. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is pretty quiet, and there are rolling shutters that you can close to reduce any street noise. The Wi-Fi worked well. The host was communicative and easy to reach on WhatsApp. He let us check out a couple hours late which was awesome. There are nice wine, cheese, and bakery shops nearby, and markets of course.
