145 Suite Marco - Superb apartment in Paris

Suite Marco is a 35 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

The layout is as follows:
- Large, cosy main room with motif, double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Convenient bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 comfortable toilet in the bathroom.

Take advantage of the apartment's many amenities:
- Refrigerator, Iron, TV screen, free Wi-Fi.
- Hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.

In this apartment, you'll have all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in the heart of Paris, along the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the heart of Paris, near the Canal Saint-Martin, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by.

République: Less than 10 minutes on foot.
Gare de l'Est: Just a 7-minute walk away.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
