"Im Treppenhaus riecht es fürchterlich nach Müll und faulen Eiern. Die Tiefgarage ist durch Vogelkot, von den dort hausierenden Schwalben, im vorderen Teil stark verschmutzt. Das Mobiliar der Zimmer sowie der Bäder gehört längst überholt. Im Fitnessbereich setzt die W-LAN Verbindung schlagartig aus. ..."

"Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt etwas ungewöhnlich, wurde erst nach mehreren Anfragen mitgeteilt. Einiges müßte dringend mal erneuert werden, vorallem das Bett und ein paar Möbelstücke und Wasserboiler ,vielleicht mal etwas ausgeräumt werden. Viele vermutlich von Urlaubern hinterlassenen / vergessene ..."
