"Great location with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is dated but well maintained and clean. Staff were lovely and I would stay again without hesitation."

"Staff was responsive to my questions prior to check-in. We arrived later at night so the room number was a bit difficult to see due to not being well-lit outside, but we managed to find it. Room was clean & comfortable for our needs. Room cooled off quickly once the AC unit was turned on. WiFi connection was very helpful & useful as our phones did not work otherwise. Appreciated being able to use the ice machine & water dispenser in the office. Would definitely stay here again next time we come...

"Unfortunately, this property didn't live up to expectations. The room was very cramped, and the amenities were minimal (just one sachet of shampoo and a small soap, plus no coffee filters). The layout also poses a bit of a challenge, as the bathroom door hits the toilet seat, meaning you have to lift the seat just to shut the door. While having access to a pool was a nice perk, the overall quality felt too low-end for comfort."

"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

While the hotel is in a good location, the cleanliness was very disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and we noticed dust and stains in several areas. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking; the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and unhelpful when we brought up these issues. It’s a shame, but they really need to improve both...

"We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa each. When we arrived at the property, we were notified that due to overbooking the manager changed our reservation to 1 king bed. We had to decline the change and had to move out and find another hotel which we did not appreciate. I haven't read the fine prints and I am sure there is loop hole for this. But it does not matter. I have never seen any other hotel chain do that to their patrons. This will remain in my memory for quite some time that...

"We had some difficulty in the bathroom with the shower and sink plugging up. Asked to have them rectified and was told that someone would come down. No one ever did.. we actually bought our own plunger and open the drains. That's all it took was a simple plunge."
