"After touring and exploring, we arrived to finally get some rest in the room I had reserved and paid for. It was late for sure, and we were refused our room. The hotel had cancelled the booking as a no-show. The clerk scoffed at us for arriving so late, and offered a room…if I would buy another night. "

"Tony at the front desk made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Something we looked forward to doing at the hotel was going in the hot tub, but was unavailable to use during our stay. So he gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and to improve our experience there.
