The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears!
