"Very good stay for the price. Located inside the fort. Great location!"

"Clean and big room"

"The best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything in the hotel was packed with things Someone would need."

"property was well maintained and staff was friendly and spoke English, room was clean and updated and spacious and the hotel had transportation close by along with many stores and restaurants and in a very safe part of town."

"Just great. I stayed a couple nights. The hotel is super nice and clean with friendly staff. The neighborhood is walkable and full of restaurants. Enjoyed it and would recommend."

"everything was very good, the stay was nice and the customer service was amazing the only issue was the washrooms with the shower head and bidet for the toilet ours was not working at all and we know that it’s not working because everything else in other rooms are working but the one room we stayed in but other than that no other complaints"

"The room was clean but there were no in-room telephone. AC remote and TV remote was only in Korean. I walked into the room and it was 28c. I asked for help but a woman told me to go to the room and someone will be there. My confidence in staff was low. Having the room so hot and no way to cool off was ridiculous. TV has only korean channels. The building has an elevator but staff not helpful. I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have stayed at an other hotel within the area and I would not...

"Looks new 15min walk from Suwon stn."

"I agree with another person that left a review saying this place is a hidden gem. It’s really nice and has a chill vibe. The lady at the front desk was super nice and there is a kitchen with ramen and other items (for purchase) right in the basement. There was a microwave in the hallways with coffee and a water dispenser and free coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here and the area is very walkable. Bed was comfortable also wish is a big deal for my husband. Great place to stay!"

"Loved the room: spacious, clean, comfortable bedding and has everything for a comfortable stay. Great breakfast Staff at the reception desk was very polite and attentive. One comment though for future improvement: members should provide proactive guidance to the guests on the airport of departure while booking a taxi"
