"Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are absolutely fabulous and made for a fun stay. The food was excellent and our room in the main lodge was very good with a comfy king bed. "

"The only real issue I have is there was no bear bins for food I was just told to leave it in the car, but I was also told they were going to build some later into the season. Everything else was fantastic with my stay."

"You should check the taps in the shower. It was either burning hot or cold and needed only slight rotation to go either way. Room was fine, rustic, lots of character Bed was uncomfortable and tv was hard to figure out and CC couldn’t be shut off. Clean room and good location."

" They put our luggage into other guest room and we actually had to go into other room to pick our luggage out at 10 o’clock at night. It was uncomfortable and unreasonably stressful. Although they did try to make up for it, it truly did ruin our first night of a two night day. That being said, you cannot beat the location. The hill was amazing and staff were beautiful. "

"We absolutely loved our two-night stay in one of their Skyglass Cabins. The check in process and communications were top notch. The bedding is extremely comfortable and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with all your essentials. The Skyglass Cabins offer a breathtaking view of the mountains. Be sure to rent one of their propane fireplaces to enjoy the night skies. The Adirondack chairs are metal, so I suggest bringing lounge cushions and maybe a blanket for your comfort and...

"Location of this hotel is great, and likely they have lots of wildlife come by the property as I’ve seen many in the area before. But we didn’t see any in the night we visited, unfortunately. The room itself was fine. But it was disappointing to have really cheap toilet paper that broke apart. We also had a broken lamp, and the room was quite dark. But, the staff was super helpful, and there were nice touches like games in the lobby."

"The bed was comfortable. We liked how close to downtown and everything this was, yet removed away from the business of Canmore. We had the king loft room. Bed was comfortable. The lighting in the room was not good. Gettin up In the middle of the night was kind of dangerous as you couldn’t really see the stairs. I did trip on the stairs. Other than that the stay was good."
