Parc Provincial Camp Morton

We booked a King room at the Sandman Signature Winnipeg expecting a high-quality 4-star experience for $475/night, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.  1. Disgusting Housekeeping Standards First Room: Obvious sticky stains were left all over the coffee table. A simple wet wipe removed them immediately, proving housekeeping didn't even bother wiping down basic surfaces before giving us the room.  Second Room: After complaining, the front desk moved us to another room. When we went to bed that night, we found hair sitting right on top of the pillow. Dealing with hygiene failures in two back-to-back rooms is completely unsanitary.  2. Lack of Amenities & Unprofessional Staff Zero Perks: No complimentary bottled water in the room (we were told to buy it downstairs!), no slippers available upon request. Front Desk Conduct: The agents checking us in (Balraj and Jasleen) were conversing in their own language right in front of us while handling our booking, which felt very unprofessional for a Canadian hospitality setting where English/French should be maintained with guests. 3. Parking Lot Security Issues Someone hit our parked vehicle in their lot and left noticeable scratches on it. When I spoke to the front desk, they admitted they do not even have CCTV cameras covering the area, leaving us with no way to hold the person responsible.
