"Had a great clean room. Elevator had what appeared to be animal hair (luckily my allergies wasn’t acting up). Room was great and clean. Although, upon entering room smelled as if someone just used the bathroom. Didn’t complain as I was only there for one night. The shower pressure was very lacking it was so low that it took longer for me to take a shower. Property owners need to look into the water pressure. Other than that room was great and staff were all welcoming."

"What an incredible gift to the sport of Golf, So many golfers and that great staff just reloads and reloads and accommodates everyone. The food was excellent and my 15 year old son and 17 year old daughter are so excited to return to Surf City 🏄‍♂️ NC and continue playing this new found sport for them all out of my hometown of York PA. Take a weekend or take a week your game will get better."

"I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience.
