"Super well stocked off grid cabin, overlooking a valley. Hammocks and bbq on deck with lots of cooking supplies. Cabin is beautifully decorated with books and games. Trails down to the river and a beautiful look out spot! Sunset - gorgeous! Really loved it! Host warm and friendly and has a home close by. One of my favorite stays on the South Island! "

Jed was great to deal with and always prompt in returning emails and answering questions, he went out of his way to help and let us park our race car inside the shed as the car does not lock and we were concerned it might attract unwanted attention. rooms very clean and tidy and a good shower. ten out of ten from me."

We had thought that our 4 were going to have a bedroom each, as per the BookaBach description of the property. Two guys had to share a room.The owners were a delightful, very helpful Chinese couple, who made us welcome and accommodated our Ebikes in their garage to recharge. "
