"The person at the reception desk was busy doing 3things at the same time which was annoying. Breakfast was served to my room about 10am after I had to ask for it-was a good breakfast only it made me to come late to my appointment. In the bathroom wasn’t a mat to avoid slipping which nearly happened to me and no towels for the floor or hands only two big towels. When I shower in the bath the water splashe on the floor, very not appropriate. The room was comfortable, clean and good working air-con"

Our flights were cancelled and they were so accommodating, understanding that we needed to move our reservation plan and dates. "malfunctioning a/c. incompetent staff. bad loud music. gym is booked with classes 75% of the day. awful poolside food. we dropped laundry off on weds; when we called to ask about it days later, they only then told us they weren't able to do it. finally, we requested a refund for a small portion of our stay, their customer service rep alona agreed to it, then never gave the refund. infuriating experience."

"It is extremely clean and remarkably quiet. The managers are attentive to every detail with discretion, great kindness and elegance. They take care of everything. The breakfast is delicious. The lobby is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, the music excellent and the tree-lined terrasse very pleasant . I spent 10 days in this hotel and it was really a pleasure.
