"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"The location is convenient and provides beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It is an ideal place to stay as it provides nearby dining and shopping. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. "Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."
