"What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests."

"Cool place due to all the character and culture it has but I booked the executive suite that brings the hot tub paid extra to relax and wasn’t even able to use it because my room never had warm water in the shower plus showing up the day of arrival I got to the hotel around 2pm and didn’t get my room until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm and I never saw over 15-20 ppl in the property"

"Very nice hotel, very well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious 😋😋 very recommended"

"Excelente hotel, maravillosa atención de todo su personal. En especial de Flarklin. Muy amable y servicial. Volvería siempre!"

Non supportive rude staff at front desk. Breakfast was included and they refused to provide me with an early snack or a cup of coffee since I had to leave earlier. In the past didn’t charge me taxes and also provided me with some snack fruit to go. This was a clear bad example for expedia to endorsed. They...
