"Checked in on a Saturday. Asked for fresh towels and washcloths on Sunday morning. Got back late Sunday and never received them. I had to go get them. Since cleaning is every other day, I didn't say anything on Monday morning. Got back late Monday and housekeeping never showed up again. Went and got my own towels and washcloths again. I was told housekeeping supervisor would contact me Tuesday and that housekeeping would definitely clean on Tuesday. Guess what...still no housekeeping when we got...

"The only complaint I have about this property is the elevator and its not even really a complaint as much as it is a suggestion. The elevator is very old or needs to be serviced. It takes way too long. Other than that, the rooms are gorgeous and very clean, its right next to the water and restaurants and the staff was very friendly!"

"The staff and building are great - the pool is decent - the breakfast restaurant is really good. The 24 hour market that has fresh food coffee PIZZA is awesome."

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel and it is in a great location!"

"Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend."
