"Upon arriving, there was a 10 minute wait as no one was at the front desk and there was a line up for check in. Room was okay with comfortable beds. Hot water took a mininum of 5 minutes to reach a tolerable temperature and for 2 days it never got hot at all. The place looks abandonded as there is no staff anywhere. There was only 1 staff member at the front desk and that's all we saw. We stayed for 3 nights, and no one came to clean our room. We ran out of towels and I had to ask the front desk...
