"The exterior and interior of this hotel is clean, beautiful and in a quiet location. It's close to fast foods and about 10 minutes from Cross Creek mall. There's a gas station close by, which is great for rental cars. I wasn't happy regarding my reservations. I was told I selected a handicap room and I wasn't able to get it changed. I'm 5'8" and the bed was low, which is understandable. I woke up with a stiff back every morning. I think if they had better mattresses I definitely would have...
