"Die Zimmer waren super. Leider war der Service an der Rezeption enttäuschend. Das Personal wirkte wenig freundlich und wenig herzlich. Als Gast hatte man eher das Gefühl, zu stören, anstatt willkommen zu sein. Gerade der erste Eindruck ist wichtig und hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial."

"We had a triple room (2 adults one child). Room was clean, and amenities were good. Only downside was how tight it was in the room with the pullout fully extended. It's Europe so tight rooms are to be expected. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. It's not the most happening area but much better than the immediate area around the train station (Hauptbahhof). We found a Pizzeria, a grocery store, restaurant and a brew pub all within a 5-7 min walk. Great...
