"It was a busy property with lots of amenities for a traveller. Laundry mat, restaurant. Gas bar very close to the I5 on route to California . Staff was great, room was very clean & comfortable & quiet."

"Second time staying here, a pleasant experience overall. Checking in was a bit annoying, since only the bartender could do the process, and he was unfortunately swamped with bar customers for a while. Not sure why another staff member couldn't take care of the process. Other than that, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Noise from the shows below isn't so bad, although noise from other guests in the hallways in the mornings can be a bit much, but not unexpected given the layout...

"Extremely disappointed with the way this hotel was presented online. Upon check-in we had been excited as we paid for the upgrade luxury riverfront room, it was at the FAR FAR end of hotel on opposite of pool and amenities, and the construction below was an eyesore. Staff was super kind and accommodating, to change room, but it got worst. Our upgrade was not refundable as a 3rd party, so we got a standard room and it was above the pool. The pool was overfilled with kids screaming and the room...

"Stayed one night and chose this hotel based on the proximity to the event we were attending in the area. The room was nice and spacious, and came with a very nice bathroom layout. While it didn't impact our stay, we felt that the room wasn't cleaned to a 4-star hotel standard (floors specifically). Everything else was great."
