"This hotel had a 4 star rating... not 4 star. The bathroom walls needed washed, the toliet seat was well used and should have been replaced. There is zero sound deadening in the walls and you could hear your neighbors. The only good thing it was 5 minutes from University Hospital."

"The room was clean, except there were dirty dishes in the sink. (This room had a small kitchen). The staff was okay. Not overly friendly, just seemed really busy. The bed to me was uncomfortable, but it was because the mattress was too firm for my liking. That's just my personal taste though. The air conditioner/heater is very loud. The walls are thin, so you can hear people in other rooms. There is limited parking in the back. They will give you a parking pass that you have to take out to place...

"We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis."

"There wasn't any visible dirt, but the room smelled like old cigarettes. The hallway smelled like a dead mouse and laundry detergent. People were going in and out of the door at the end of the hall until about 1:00A.M. They need to lock the other entrance ces at night."

"We were in town for a concert at the Bainbridge Center. This hotel is a very easy walk to the venue. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There isn't parking available so we had to pay to Valet. But the Valet was pretty efficient with retrieving the car the next day. Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. We loved it! We booked a King Suite and it was worth it. My only complaint was the noise outside. We had corner windows and that may have been the problem. We could hear...
