"Offered a very nice free buffet breakfast that was very good and well run. The room was not stocked with towels and facecloths for 6 people. There were only 2 facecloths and 3 towels. There was no one available to bring the extra towels to the room . But they were provided , if we went to the front desk to retrieve. And we were told there were no extra facecloths available. Preparation for the guests could be improved."

"The place is located in a peaceful and quiet location located close to Richmond. I can't comment about the public transit there because we drove. They had more than parking space (at the house and on the street). The room was very clean, like a 5-star botel. A bit small, but it was very practical. It's an excellent alternative over a regular hotel."

"The host was adamant that we remove our shoes in the foyer but the floors in the rented room were filthy. My feet were Black shortly after getting out of the shower. The mattress and pillows were almost impossible to sleep on. The whole place just had a weird vibe about it"

"Had a wonderful stay. They provided a hot shower, linens, breakfast and coffee. Me and my 6 year old enjoyed it very much. It was clean and quiet. The shared bathroom kind of sat weird with me, but it was kept very clean and fully stocked."

"I felt like I walked into an IKEA showroom... very modern, clean and all amenities you'd ever need, especially for a longer stay. I was only in for one night, but the dual AC inverters were much appreciated and the bed was comfortable. The boardwalk was just outside the patio door, which was great!"

"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"Quiet room in a quiet neighbourhood at night. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location one block walking distance to Steveston waterfront boardwalk. Good value diner open for breakfast and lunch. Across the street from grocery store with deli etc. Wine and beer store downstairs. All current rooms are one floor walk up. No elevator."
