"I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. "

"The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! "

"Our room was only cleaned once (the first day) over the course of our 4 day stay even though we left the room for several hours each day. This was very difficult as there was no carpet in the room (dirty floors/ dirty feet). Trash piled up, and we ran out of clean towels. No parking. "

"The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia."

"We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned daily.
When they "cleaned it" they did not vacuum, change the sheets or change the pillowcases. I know because my make up would get on the whote pillow cases and they were never once chsnged.
The morning breakfast is excellent. Far better than most hotels. The libby is super clean
The staff are super friendly. Always saying have a good day, or welcome back as you leave and return.
Now Ybro city part of Tampa is a low income...

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!"

"Crystal Bay Hotel was fantastic! Check-in was fast and easy as was check-out. Staff in every area of the hotel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, plentiful, and nicely appointed. The pool was clean and the loungers were plentiful and comfortable; greenery was well taken care of. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with lovely furnishings in the common areas as well as the rooms. We were about 3 miles from the beaches, and area...
