"The staff was excellent during check in and when I reported an issue with the air conditioning. The air conditioner was not working properly. The bed next to the air conditioner was cool but the rest of the room was warm. When I reported this to the staff on duty he offered me a small fan but maintenance was gone for the day and all rooms were already booked."
