"職員相當有禮，房間10分整潔，性價比高"

"It was very clean, efficiently designed and very close to good shopping."

"Room was spacious and clean, excellent layout. Staff was excellent. Shopping not convenient, no large shopping mall nearby."

"Great Hotel,"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hébergement !"

"By far the best hotel in Shenzhen. Fantastic service and extremely well maintained. Exceeding all my expectations even for a St Regis quality."

"Clean room, simple, and several shopping malls nearby. The free laundry service is excellent, with 5 washers and dryers. Staff will deliver your clothes to your room when done, or neatly fold them into a laundry bag if they’re busy. "It’s located right at the heart of electronic markets, the best being right next to it. Metro station and hotel entry face each other and the view from my room window was awesome. Highly recommended."

The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting."

"Yuki at reception and Henry were extremely helpful Getting what we need"

"セルフランドリー設備(洗濯機/乾燥機)有りだが、8:30〜22:00と時間制限有り。 ジムも22:00には使えなくなります。 24時間可もあるので、少し不便。 朝ごはんは種類もそれなりある。"

"Chambre propre"
