"Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Nach einer Beschwerde gab man uns ein Zimmer, in welchem geschnittene Nägel vor dem Bett lagen. Das dritte Zimmer roch feucht, so dass ich um 1:30 Uhr morgens schließlich um einen Staubsauger bat und die Nägel selbst wegsaugte. General Managerin war am Morgen sehr hilfreich und wir konnten problemlos mit einem Refund vorzeitig abreisen."

"The hotel inside was great, very clean lobby, could have used one of those people to clean up outside in the pool area. Napkins and cups floating in the pool, trash all along the ledge of the pool the whole day. Everything inside was great but the pool area was disgusting. Also just a personal recommendation but no TVs at the pool bar is crazy, World Cup final and everyone had to watch it inside. Great view from our room"

"The location is right across from the beach. You can walk in less than a minute. There's a restaurant right next door that everyone told us to go to that. They had a great breakfast and dinner but we never got the opportunity to go. They have beach chairs and boogie boards you can borrow and they have a great place to rinse off when you get back from the beach before you go to your room. The bathroom was kind of small but the main area was big with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker....

"The rooms are dated and in need of repair. Balcony doors were foggy and wouldn’t close fully. Bathroom door was rotted. It’s not the Taj Mahal but for the price it was fine for a night."

"It was horrible to drive 800 miles and they did not have any record of my reservation. So we ended up paying ALOT more for the room than originally promised. Never got sleep because of the bar next door. Fighting All night long!!!!! Not one time did a maid come and ask us if we needed anything. We were there 4 days and 3 nights. I cried the whole time we were there. Also, I have never heard of having to pay $60 to park in their parking lot. They charged us twice as much as promised and got us...

"Rooms are nice. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in shower. Location is superb, just steps to the beach. Parking can be a bear. Good restaurants are several blocks away."

"We stay here rather frequently, great location, consistently clean, not the newest and greatest Hotel on the Block by any means, but there is pride and ownership, and they are clearly working to renovate and improve other areas. Highly recommend! Great spot to hang out on the beach."
