"Very clean, efficient."

"Friendly staff"

"Not full handicap parking on site. My full size vehicle was too tall. Was able to find street parking around the corner. I couldn’t shut down the in room HVAC. The heat/ac was off but the fan continued to run all night sounding like running water. Kept waking up from the noise. I couldn’t get the desk lamp to work. For the cost, I didnt expect issues but it was for only one night. It was just close to the venue and wanted to feel safer than other choices."

"スタッフの対応が穏やかで、日本人の自分でも安心して利用できました。 また冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、ポットといった設備も充実していて、シアトルにきたときはまた利用したいと思いました。"

"Great location, amazing staff, and overall wonderful atmosphere. Stuggled with the Ipad control of all room functions but worked through it. We will definitely stay here again."

"Everything"

"I am so thankful for the staff person at the desk that helped me! I had a problem with the reservation and had used Expedia (which I won't do again) you guys were able to help in spite of Expedia. Thank you for making everything work out!"

"The location was perfect and walkable to most everything. The atmosphere with its PNW history was incredible and the service was the best! We especially loved the breakfast buffet. They really go above and beyond! We will def return!"

"シャワーの水が冷たくて、水量も少なかった。 エレベーターが3機のうち2機が故障していた。"

"I had to wait to get checked in, but that was no biggie. I got in town earlier than I expected."
