Parc Especial Seneca Landing

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

The staff and suite were comfortable and cute. Wish there was a microwave in the room but there’s one on the 3rd floor. Overall a great time and stay, definitely recommend.
