"Honestly, this was the very best hotel. I’ve stayed at ever. Everything was clean. Everything smelled clean. The bathtub was actually clean and didn’t have any residual on it. "A good hotel overall, with spacious rooms relatively clean. Considering that this is the last big town you will encounter if you are eastbound, Charlestown is your last option. If you can put up with the people sleeping in the parking lot (hotel takes no responsibility for damaged or stolen property) and the pets allowed to roam the breakfast area without the manager blinking an eye, you will be fine."

"The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!!

"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."
