"I really enjoy my stay, and one of the front desk agent gave me a complementary best room which I fully love"

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There are lots of humming noises from the HVAC which may affect sensitive sleepers, but I got used to it pretty quick. Breakfast was solid and the parking was easy. Conveniently located to get to just about anywhere we needed in Memphis and was even within walking distance of Beale St. I'd stay here again."

"Room was clean and updated, staff was great 5 stars all around."

"The room smelled as if someone sprayed heavy scented perfume. Good place to sleep if you bring your own pillows. No breakfast…!"

"Awesome location, great staff, and reasonable price. The junior suite was spacious and the tub was a plus. Parking garage and gym access are across the street, but were not deal breakers. "Tabitha and Tammy at the front desk are wonderful! The breakfast was great! We always stay here on our trips to the Gulf Coast!"

"Great stay!!! Enjoyed the duck march and staff very professional and responsive to every need. Would highly recommend"

"did not get top floor as requested. was next to one room that sounded like they were bowling most of the night. walking conferences from the elevator past my room. another room apparently had a big dog barking. room above mine apparently had a marching band practice again"

"Nice staff"

"Staff were great at check in. The hotel is in a not so great part of town. Hotel needs updated. Lots of noise and people around late at night."
