"The front desk, staff, or is absolutely amazing young gentlemen upgraded my room to a corner suite. The room was huge the king size bed in the middle lots of closet spaceb safe in the room, windows all the way around the room nice couch with ottoman and table and desk and refrigerator. The only thing missing that would've been a nice feature. Was the microwave oven to reheat any leftover from the restaurants they have a laundry service that was real affordable. I did not use the dry cleaning...

The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. "

"這是很棒的酒店,房間乾淨,床也很舒服,最重要的是服務人員很棒,很nice ,我太喜歡這家飯店了,也推薦來香港玩的朋友,可以選擇這家,但唯獨一個缺點就是接駁車的資訊( 如果從港鐵站的時間及標示的地點,與資訊完全不一樣) ,特別是石門站,表單上是標示D 出口,卻是在離D出口很遠的斜方,有一次因為車子遲到,正要離開,看到接駁車來了,我們向它跑去並招手,司機卻不停直接開走 ....."
