Such a friendly place with a relaxed vibe during the day and sociable bar at night. Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, although the food and drinks served in the bar are lovely and great value for money. "Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this. Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper. "Lovely adults only hotel with decent spread of food for breakfast and dinners. The pool was lovely and my partner had a massage which he said was firm. The hotel is in a good location with a nice view of the town and the sea. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable and had a great time!"

"Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again"

Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...

"Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. "I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them.
