"The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. "We loved everything about staying here! The staff were friendly and helpful, and especially kind to my 7 year old. We thought the room and hotel in general were really beautiful and well-done. The location was fantastic and we had fun exploring South Main and the surrounding areas, and it was so nice being close to the waterfront. "Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."
