"I would like to start with staff a very helpful and sweet. They go above and beyond. The hotel was very clean and they have a laundry service . Delicious breakfast and free snacks. And good location .I had a wonderful time in this hotel it feels like home. Thank you everyone for making our time special. Definitely I will recommend this hotel."

"it is a design property in the downtown centre, which is convenient. However, the signage, in particular inside the room is terrible. It takes time to work out what button is for what. It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating....

"The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. Terrible customer experience considering it is a 5 star hotel. Room is clean with pleasant smell."

"For an international type hotel, hardly anyone spoke English. I understand I am in another country but we had to use a translating app to get the simple questions answered. During our stay, there was a lot of rain. It was noted in the gym and the lobby the roof was leaking significantly. Other than that this day was good the beds were comfortable and the hotel was near enough to everything that it made our overall stay enjoyable and would come here again."

"We stayed for 22 nights. The cleaning staff was exceptional. She checks in on me every day for the best time to clean our room. I have two children staying with me, and she gave us extra bottled water for the hot weather. The cleaning staff noticed the door was a bit hard to open due to the humid weather, and the door stop got loose, and she fixed them before I mentioned it, very attentive and proactive! The gym is phenomenal, and the pool takes up the whole floor. It is the best I have had so...

The receptionist told me there will be a refund to my account in its original form. On 29May I received 200RMB from them. I immediate send email to ask and phone call to followed. My reply was have to be checked my bank cause the money 3657.27RMB was returned. I don’t know how and where to get help to have my money back. The ridiculous was the hotel...
