"The staff was very bad. I booked through this app, and the page clearly said the room includes 2 queen beds and 1 sofa. However, when I arrived, the staff said it was not available. They told me I could cancel, but I was traveling with kids and had no other option. This was very disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this place."

"Doors stuck, hard to open and close. Was told there was a partial beach view, to view the beach you had to lean over the balcony. The air conditioner for the room made the balcony soaking wet and slippery. The bathroom would get soaking wet after a shower due to the exhaust fan not working. We lost power in the room a few times."

"It was a very nice hotel on the boardwalk. I didn’t like the parking. I thought 1 parking space was included with the stay but it wasn’t. Parking cost per day was $10. Plus the parking lot at the hotel was very small. They did have a 2nd parking lot which was 2 blocks down. I also wish with the hotel stay it included a beach umbrella and chair which it doesn’t, but it would have been nice."

"Place is very nice! Very close to the boardwalk/beach. We barely had to use our car during our stay which was a goal of ours. From the inn to the inlet (large parking lot at the end of board walk), it took us 15-20 minutes to walk. Mind you I was pregnant so it could’ve probably been faster if I didn’t have a heavy load 😂. Love that we got a small bag of ice for free everyday. It fit perfectly in our compact cooler. The pool was small but my kids still managed to enjoy it. Definitely no diving...

"We were forced to change our room because it was dirty. The bed sheets were awful, sounds like they didn't change them after the previous resident. The staff were nice and polite. The TV was almost useless. it was from an unknown brand and has nothing on it. We weren't able to connect to our account on platforms"
