"This property exceeded my expectations! The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet and private, and the view overlooking the Tennessee River was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I would have taken it home if it had fit in my car! My wife and I will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area."

"Nice room - terrible location."

"Breakfast was 6-9 with a poor selection. On the weekends it needs to be atleast 10:00 The fire alarm went off at 5:00AM and it was so scary , a microwave in a room on our floor caught on fire . We heard nothing from the staff just people running and the smell of smoke. My husband is a disabled veteran who has PTSD and this caused a huge amount of panic for him. I think the front office could have called and explained you didn’t not have to evacuate but you could if you wanted. Thankfully the...

"The staff was so friendly!!! From front desk to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast area. Our original room had an issue with the air not working and they quickly moved us to another room. The front desk person even brought the keys to the new room to us --we didn't have to go downstairs. I was traveling with my sister and her dog. She said the dog park that is part of the property was really nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast --really good coffee (that is important!) We loved...

"Vijay was attentive kind and practical in his dealings with me, much appreciated"

"Great"

"Read hotel is a 10 . But I can only give a 9 at this time . Due to the fact check out is at 11 am . But at 8 am why me and my wife was asleep in bed we was startled and alerted by a young man dressed in black with a clip board. He scared us and shocked us it was embarrassing and shouldn't have even happened being check out is not till 11 am . We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and...

"Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would recommend."

"Great location in Chatt! Clean and friendly staff. Would totally recommend!"

"A very good hotel! We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with two bathrooms, one of which had a proper deep bathtub. There were also games available in the common area. Two specific things worth knowing: 1. In our suite, the bedrooms had no windows. This was actually a plus in terms of noise isolation, but it might be uncomfortable for someone with claustrophobia. 2. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, complete silence may be difficult to achieve. We turned off the HVAC, but...

"Floors need cleaning"

"The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with...

"Excellent boutique hotel in great location, very quiet with pleasant city views from rooms."

"Dirty. Very dirty. Noisy all night. Room not ready at check-in."
