"The onsite staff and team were amazing! I felt safe and they went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely share with family and friends who consider to visit Japan - Osaka/Kyoto to stay at Toyoko Inn Osaka Itami Kuko. I want to also give a huge thank you to the gentleman (Apologies I can't recall his name but he had an accent) He was so kind, helpful and ensured the waiting area was well lit, offered me coffee and some bread, as I waited for my taxi ride to KIX...
