"I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly."

"Fabulous B&B in a great location. Just the type of place we like to stay in when visiting Lancaster - which we do at least twice a year. We will definitely be back."

"I have stayed in roughly a dozen hotels in and around Exton, this is the best I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you have to book near here."

"Very clean, breakfast was good."

"nice hotel"

"Edited to meet posting guidelines: Close to shopping. Run down: hot water not available to rooms on the backside of the hotel. No plumbers on site. Ongoing issue. Safe in room locked. Locksmith not available onsite to open for new guests to use. Elevators breakdown miduse. Maintenance not available on site to remedy. Housekeeping available upon request only. Staff manually input room numbers. Cleaning missed as wrong room # written down. Breakfast is questionable. Eggs are made from powder....

"Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester"

"Upon booking, I informed the hotel of our early arrival. Yet, when we were ready to check in, no one was prepared. We received the room key on a paper clip and town post-it note. Thankfully the room was ready and we were able to get in. Pizza was subpar, but the bartender brought it to our room which was kind. The restaurant clearly takes priority of the wait/hotel staff. The room did not have any signage about emergency exits, WiFi, breakfast, etc. There was also no way to contact the...

"A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need."

"Clean, no bugs or smells. Appreciate the clean lobby..yher than that, everything was just ok. Last time I stayed at a HGI in a different location, it was much nicer. For the price, Im shocked at what we got (or, more importantly, what we didn't get) Absolutely hard terrible bed... squeaked like a creaky door. There was a large decorative panel next to the bathroom mirror completely missing. Toilet paper was scratchy. Not even a free bottle of water. Ridiculous. Lights in bathroom were so bright...

"Competitive price, adequate parking, friendly staff, clean bedrm. Convenient affordable restaurant in lobby, but no complimentary brkfst. Bathroom tub had black areas along caulk. Pedestal sink doesn’t hold much and glass shelf above toilet isn’t a safe bet due to its location. Biggest sign of poor housekeeping was the outer edges of the hall carpeting - terrible accumulation of dirt, so it looks like they only run a vacuum up the center of the hallway."

"The staff was amazing, and the accommodations were just as wonderful! The housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. I take a lot of vacations and staycations, and this place has officially become one of my new favorites! It’s affordable, offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, and provides excellent service. This was truly a great find, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down."
