"Old motel, needs updating, ice machine did not work, had reservations thru expedia for a certin price but was told at motel since i had not already prepaid it was a fee to use my credit carc"

"This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University."

"Loved The Gracie Suite! We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home. "This is a vintage luxury hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful. We had a room with a king bed and the bathroom had double sinks and the tile on the floor is the old penny tiles. Very pristine, beautiful, and well kept. It takes you back to the good old days. The restaurant in the hotel has really good food too. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was an awesome stay...."

"Great room. Breakfast was also great. Will be coming back for sure and staying here twice a year while in Tennessee"

I straightened our beds but usually, housekeeping would do it to their standards. Hair in the shower upon check in. Right after check-in, it...

"We found a man heaped over in the hall and told the staff but they didn’t seem interested Hotel smelled bad in hall and room Avoid this hotel"

"I was clean and nice place . But The only problem I have was in room you could hear the people walk above you. It sound like they were going come throw the ceiling."

"Nasty rooms & rude staff"
