Viatges a Parc de l'Est

Room was relatively well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Special accolades go to Perforio for finding us dinner reservations when all restaurants were booked during the week we were there. Dominga immediately helped locate my phone charger that I had left in the room after receiving an upgrade with much grace and kindness. Waitress Maria-she was so full of joy and happiness. Simply a pleasure to be around. Waiter Fernando was incredibly cordial and friendly. We enjoyed his hospitality and joviality very much.

This resort is very outdated and guests are allowed to smoke everywhere in the resort. If you have asthma or simply don’t like the smell of cigarettes, do not go to this resort. There are no servers by the pool or beach that walk around attending to the guests. Bar tenders are very slow, expect to wait ten minutes or more for a drink. Food choices within the buffet are reasonable but nothing special. Afternoon lunch by the pool is disgusting. Rooms are often not cleaned and sheets are not changed. Some rooms smell like backed up sewage due to the old plumbing. I had security enter my room at 6am while I had the do not disturb sign on my door with no reason why. I did not have a work order or request anything to be delivered to my room. Management is very repetitive in trying to solve problems. Employees are often rude and dismissive. I changed rooms three times before switching hotels. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Me encantó, muy buena limpieza, atenciones y comodidad.
