The room was clean, but I was given the wrong room. I paid for a king and got a room with 2 full beds. The staff was no help and gave me 2 breakfast coupons like that would help. We were at the front desk for a half hour while they tried to fix my account anyways, since the guy who checked us in initially messed up. Parking is $65/day so we parked elsewhere and used rideshare to save the most money.

The room was amazing and relaxing. The balcony was nice despite the noise from the neighboring hotel, Reverb, every night 9pm-2am due to their rooftop parties. The staff were nice but, communication was not the best. Room service staff were also often unaware of hotel offerings and incorrectly stated items were not offered, despite it being a published item available per the hotels website. Pool hours ended around 7pm daily… this is a waste of an amenity. The pool/rooftop bar closed at 9ish pm… another waste of an amenity. For the price and the five star status I expected way more.

When I came in I was charge for parking, I was registering and dropping off my personal things. At no point I left my car in the parking. Expect delays in registration as they had 2 people only on a busy weekend when there is a concert that is going to happen that night and lobby was full. Room given was awful, if I wanted a room that the ac partially worked and the room was humid then I would stayed outside sleeping. Was given an option but too loud in the option floor they even had ear plugs in the room. Parking was charge for only 2 hour registration time waiting still for my credit. The view is nice but not worth the headache you will be going through. My room was never fixed no fan available no rooms unless you wanted a noise room.
