"nice stuff clean rooms"

"Room was a little dirty, crumbs on the ground, surfaces dirty but if you just need somewhere to put your head down for the night it’s fine. 24/7 bar which is nice. Staff is nice and conveniently located right next to bus stop"

"I’ve been here once before and had a delightful experience with a woman who greeted us warmly at the door. The lobby was being renovated and she must have been invited in as a temporary hostess. We were served delicious pastries by a chef in the makeshift lobby. On this latest visit the staff was disinterested, not helpful, annoying. I would not go back. That’s a personal story and not a reflection on the hotel which is pretty standard and fine for an overnight. My expectations were thrown off."

"Checkin experience by far the worst in 20 years of staying in hotels. Very rude and disrespectful check in staff - unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel on the other hand was very nice but ruined by the checkin experience . Not recommended"

"This hotel was very comfortable and clean, and made for an excellent stay when first arriving in London, and for the night before our departure. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London."

"It was ok and very convenient to the airport but a log way from anything interesting"

"Excellent facility for proximity to LHR."
