"The room was a bit dated and the hotel did not have an elevator. It was difficult for an old guy like me with fake knees. Breakfast options somewhat limited. I have seen worse."

"You can tell by appearance that the property is dated, but functional. It just needs a few updates, maybe walk in showers for guest with no children and new bathtubs throughout. We had a great time with our family in the pool and hot tub, just needed more towels on the weekend. The breakfast could have been better 😋 All and all we had a great time in the Duluth area exploring! The staff was very helpful with extra blankets and pillows for our room."

Still some construction being completed but building and apartment was beautiful! Great value for the money!"

"It was a lovely room. We were short a cup, but front desk said they would give us one, but we didn't need it at that point. I wish there was a lobby that looked out on the lake. "Well first off, we didn't make it to our room until 3 AM, I tried calling numerous times, but no answer. When we did finally get there, we were told that our credit card did not go through, which we had, fradulent charges on our card, and they sent a new one to us, just in time for our trip. "Nice 100 year old hotel but needs a little updating. The rooms use actual keys and ours had 1 key that didn't work properly so we got locked out. The shower was outdated- a new wall panel system and shower valve would be needed if not also a new tub. The AC wasn't keeping the room cool or less humid during our sleep. The modern table really didn't go with the old hotel style vibe. They asked for my girlfriend and mom's name to check in.. kinda a weird and not needed. Parking was in the...
