"The hotel and its staff were excellent. However, there was a major soccer game the evening that we stayed, and we were not able to park on the property, but had to park a mile away. The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. "Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Was going to write a reasonably balanced review but one that would reference a window that did not close resulting in a very disturbed night but I got such patronising response to my email that mild irritation has turned into annoyance bordering on anger. No excuse for poor maintenance and absolutely no excuse for taking such a patronising and irritating attitude when replying to a guest."

"Very nice room. Spacious and clean. The only unfortunate part was noise. Our room faced the street and the noise from late night revelers was a definite downside. We were awakened each night by loud partiers passing by. The weather was very warm during our stay and we were not able to keep the windows open due the noise. This may seem like a petty complaint but it certainly took away from the experience."
