"Our room could have used a deeper clean for sure. It was very spacious but definitely need to step up on their cleaning."

"Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful."

"Highly recommend! We came in for a wedding. They took care of the trip before even arriving. Thank you for the early check in to get ready for the wedding, front desk young woman was very nice (forgot her name but said she just had moved into clown) and very good breakfast! Hope the staff and young lady get the attention/ pay for the great service provided! Thanks again. - Daniel"

"Staff was nice and helpful. Sadly pool was down!"

"Great breakfast spread - many hot and cold options. Our room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom was neat. Staff was kind. Parking options were good. Carts were available for luggage. Coffee machine was super fancy and clean and available 24/7. No complaints."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I would happily stay here again."

"Very clean room, staff very kindly and nice, very good breakfast, I didnt use the air conditioning because you can open the window for fresh air."

"Bed could have faced the TV. The couch bed was gross. Had to ask for sheet and blanket to put down so my child could even sleep on it. Not impressed for what I paid"

"Got in late, agent(Hayden) at front desk said I was booked for two adults two kids, but on my reservation it was only two adults and a one year old . When confirming on screen it says two but he said that’s wrong it’s for four but he don’t know why. Really confused as to the rate I was charged at this resort."

"Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Shuttle service. Great location for Bricktown access. Having a stocked kitchenette was so nice. Pool looked nice but we didn't swim. Would definitely book again."

"Lobby looked and smelled clean. My room was on the 3rd floor had mold in the bathroom, room was clean however not updated as the lobby. The staff were friendly and brought toothpaste (which I had forgotten) . The okc location offered free shuttle to and from the concert!! Huge bonus!!!"
