"The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it

"This hotel is very close to the (Southwest/Delta/United)terminal so it’s easy to walk to if you don’t want to wait for a shuttle. The hotel also offers park & fly parking so you can leave your vehicle in the lot for up to three weeks.
The hotel is older so the bathrooms are somewhat dated but clean and have the amenities. Restaurant on site and the food is good. Service is slow if they’re shorthanded but you can relax with a drink while you wait. Still nice not to have to get in the car to go...

"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great!
